christmas came early today. found out my problem with my nitrous and the first pass out of the day with nitrous controller set at 50% of 175 for the entire run was a 6.04@116.6 mph. next pass we changed the timing ext and i bumped the nitrous up a bit. started the run at 50% and ramped it to 80% over 1 sec. that pass was the one to put me in the 5's. ran a 5.98@116.3 mph. i couldnt be happier. the truck has only 32 passes to date. and with no trans brake and only about 100-120 hp nitrous i broke into the 5's. on a negative note my fuel silinoid stuck open so we didnt get to make a run at 100%. either way it was awesome. heres a few vids. the first one was the 6.04 pass. second was the 5.98 but you can see the time. i alos have pics of the time slips. hope you guys enjoy

rpm window switch was set on the high side at 6000rpm.so it would turn off then back on. the same setup that ran a 6.24 last week with the window switch at 6000 and surging ran 6.04 today with no problems. went the next pass and up the final % to 80 and ran the 5.98. then the fuel noid on left side went bad and stuck open. so im done till i can get that fixed. and i plan on upgrading to bigger noids and stop using the controller, the trucks is lifting the front only about 8 inch so i think i can start spraying all out the hole and maybe ill have no more problems with noids going bad

billy do you guys have a install fogger kit in stock. i dont need a bottle just the pro shot noids and maybe the fogger 2 nozzles

I was unaware you were using a window switch AND a progressive. Don't use the window switch at all and place all the control in the hands of the progressive. Once you start spraying, don't stop......all the way down the track. An interruption of spray at a high enough power level will put you in the wall when it comes back on.

We stock very few nitrous parts since we can get anything in a day or so. If you need, call the shop and talk to Jason, he'll hook you up!

yeh i had no intention on having the nitrosu turning off mid run but when i changed the settings on the digital 7 i over looked that one.msd had it as a defualt at 3000 low and 6000 high and thats where i was running it last week. i left the low side and and changed the high side to 200 rpm above my shift point as a saftey precaution. i have the window switch wired in so if i spin or break something and it over revs it will turn my relays off for the all noids.

You should be able to control over rev with the progressive for it should have a RPM off. What progressive do you have?

I'd strongly suggest taking the window switch off altogether.

elderbrock.all its has is a 12volt timer output to turn another stage on. if i back out of the gas the wot switch will take power away from the unit. but it doenst have any other way to turn the nitrous off if in a event of a problem. i have no intention on ever cutting nitrous off once its on unless im tryint to run a index class and need a couple tenths.as its set up right now the window swicth will always let my nitrous be active unless im under 3000rpm and set at 7400 rpm. i shift around 7100 so it will always stay active unless i break something and it over revs or spin the tires and cant get out of the throttle in time
